    #1: Seniors! Stop by the Senior Celebration table during lunches for information on Senior Celebration and Great America Grad Night, Senior Shirts and opportunity to earn free tickets to your senior events! Also, Seniors MUST turn their service hours in ASAP

    #2: Please support one of our OE families. Charli Harrison's Father has been diagnosed with bladder cancer. As you might imagine, the ongoing treatments are causing the family to experience financial difficulties. A GofundMe page has been set up to provide financial help for the family's medical expenses.     #1: Want to enter a short film into the OE film fest but you procrastinated too long and don't have enough time? Enter the 24 hour film contest! We give you a setting, prop and line, you create a film and submit it in 24 hours or less. Entry fee is 10 dollars per team. All entries will be shown to the public and your film could win 1st place.     #2: If you want to be a part of a club that gives back to the community and is recognized internationally, come check out Key Club! Key Club meets on Thursdays from 2:30 to 3:30 in J206. So far this year the club has made 765 crayons to donate to Rush Copley hospital, hosted the Oswego East Food Truck Feast and raised 300 dollars for Hesed House, volunteered at Feed My Starving Children and wrote letters to deployed service members for the holidays. Current and upcoming projects include collecting toiletries for local homeless shelters, volunteering at a pancake breakfast to raise money for the Traveling Vietnam War Memorial and delivering compliments to teachers and students to raise money for charity. Their next meeting is Thursday in J206. See Mrs. Nelson or Mrs. Krzeminski for more information!

    #1: German tutoring will meet March 9th from 2:30 to 3:30 in J102 .

    #2: East Theatre Thespians will be meeting on Tuesday, February 28th at 2:30 in B160. Please plan to attend!

    #1: HOSA is having a short meeting after school today in room G225. Please come with ideas and ready to discuss future plans of the club for the rest of this year and for next.

    #2: Voting is now open for the Abe Lincoln Reader's Choice Award! Are you a reader? Have you read at least 4 of the 20 Abe Lincoln nominated books on display in the LRC? If so, then visit the LRC and cast your vote for your favorite Abe book! Last year's winning book was We Were Liars by E. Lockhart. Who will be the next winner?? You decide... Cast your vote!

    #1: Choir Auditions are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday after school in Room B121. If you’re interested in being in an advanced choir, please sign up for an audition time outside the Choir Room. If you have any questions, see Ms. Rhoades.

    #2: On Monday Interact Club will kick off its annual Pasta for Pennies fundraiser to support the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. This will be a competition between 8th period classes with the winner receiving a careered Olive Garden lunch. Donation boxes with be dropped off 8th period on the Monday. And now it’s time for sports, here’s Jacob.

    #SP: Badminton tryouts begin this coming Monday from 3:45 to 6pm in the K gym. All required paperwork must be turned in if you are taking part in Mondays tryouts. Any questions see Coach Jurkovic

    #SP: Tryouts begin Monday for the boys baseball team. You must be registered with all paperwork turned in BEFORE Monday to be eligible to tryout. See the school website for more information. That’s all for sports, now back the the anchor desk.
