    #2: And I’m Miranda Johnson and this is Wolfpack News for Friday, January 20th, 2017.

    #1: The Winter Bash is Saturday February 4 from 7pm til 10pm. You can go with a date or a group of friends. Attire is "dressy casual". Tickets go on sale Monday January 30th through Friday February 3rd during lunch periods. They are 10 dollars in advance or 15 dollars at the door. Guest passes are available in the Deans office and are due by Tuesday January 31st.

    #2: Students must leave backpacks in their lockers unless they have a medical pass. Even if a student has early dismissal, he or she is not to bring backpacks in classrooms. Teachers have discretion for backpacks during 8th period only. The backpack expectation is school board policy.

    #1: Students who will turn 15 by Feb 28th 2017 are eligible to enroll in summer driving education. Students can sign up during lunches in student services. Reserve your spot by bringing a check made out to OEHS for 250 dollars and then choose the section you’d like to enroll in. Classroom attendance is extremely important! Students are only allowed to miss three classes before being dropped from the course without a refund. The behind the wheel portion of the class is separate. If you questions see Mrs. Nussle.     #ENT: East Theatre's winter production of the romantic comedy, The Philadelphia Story opens Next Thursday and runs through Saturday January 28th. Shows begin at 7 pm on Thursday, Friday, Saturday night along with a 2 pm performance on Saturday. Tickets are 5 dollars for students and can be purchased online or at the door.     #2: There’s a Mathletes meeting after school on Tuesday in F327 to discuss our second competition of the year. See Miss Day or Mrs. Kill if you cannot attend the meeting.

    #1: Tutoring is back! Algebra, Science, English, Writing, and tutoring for other math courses will be available in the following rooms. National Honors Student Tutors are available during lunch periods. Please see Ms. O’Brien in Student Services to make arrangements. The activity bus is offered to provide transportation for students who stay for after school tutoring. A bus pass MUST be obtained from the tutor

    in order to board the bus at 3:40 pm.

    #2: OE film fest entries for this year are due Wednesday, February 22 by noon. How long can your film be? How many people can work on one film? Check the website or the wall outside J217 for more info. Please email OE Film FEST at gmail dot com with questions.

    #1: If you left belongings behind in the girl's k-wing locker room at the end of first semester please come and claim them by this Friday, January 20. All items will be donated to Goodwill after school tomorrow And now it’s time for sports, here’s Jacob

    #SP: The Wolves Boys Bowling Team advanced to the Sectional championship. They will compete against 16 other teams for a chance at state.

    #SP: There is no Strength and Conditioning this week!

    #SP: Reminder to any ladies interested in playing Badminton this Spring. Conditioning is from 2:45 to 3:45 on Tuesday and Thursday. Meet by the upstairs fitness center. Open gyms are on Wednesdays from 6-7am in the K gym. Any questions see Coach Jurkovic.

    #SP: Attention all softball players!The next open gym is Monday with pitchers and catchers 5:30 to 6:30 PM and everyone 6:30 to 8 PM.

    #SP: Join the Oswego East High School Cheer Teams for their Top Golf Fundraising Event! The event is Sunday and will be filled with 3 hours of golf, lunch, and live and silent auctions. You can buy tickets online at oehs cheer fundraising dot weebly dot com. The cost is 100 dollars and includes 3 hours of golf, lunch, a goodie bag and much more.
