Degrees and Certifications:

Miss Jessica Freeland

My name is Jessica Freeland and I started in Oswego district as a substitute teacher/aide in
2016. In 2017, I began the school year here at Hunt Club Elementary as a 4th grade teacher.
Since then, I have taught 1st grade at The Wheatlands, made my way back to Hunt Club teaching 2nd grade for 2 years and I am currently teaching 1st grade at Wolf's Crossing. I completed my under-graduate studies at Aurora University,
majoring in Elementary Education in 2013.
Teaching is my passion and I believe that every student should be provided with a meaningful
education and learning environment where they feel safe enough to take risks in front of their
peers, as well as one that provides each student with the necessary tools and learning
strategies for a successful future.
Please help me in working as a team to provide your child with not only a meaningful education,
but one that is also fun and encourages them to explore and wonder about the world around them.
