I graduated from Aurora University, in Aurora, Ill. This is my seventh year here at Murphy as the 7th grade Physical Education/Health teacher.  Previously, I was the dean’s assistant at Traughber Junior High for two years. In that position, I worked closely with administration and faculty to provide a safe learning environment for the students. Prior to becoming a dean’s assistant at Traughber I was a physical education and health teacher at Ira Jones Middle School in Plainfield for four years. I have full confidence that my previous experience in and knowledge of middle school will provide for a great year teaching your son or daughter.
