• PRIDE Recognition Program

Welcome to the PRIDE Recognition Program

Submissions for the PRIDE Recognition Program are no longer being accepted for this school year. Please check back here at the beginning of the 2017-18 school year.
School District 308’s PRIDE (Proudly Recognizing Individuals Demonstrating Excellence) Recognition Program allows the Board of Education to recognize, promote, value, and celebrate individual contributions of excellence made by staff and volunteers.

Each month, PRIDE will recognize two individuals from three separate categories: two represent School District 308 employees (teachers and other staff), and the other represents district volunteers. A committee made up of various district groups and organizations, each serving six-month terms, will select the winners.

If you know someone deserving of this award, you can nominate him or her using the links found here or via mail (click here for mailing address). Any School District 308 colleague, administrator, student, parent, community member, or alumnus can make a nomination. Self-nominations are not accepted.

Please answer each question to give your candidate the best opportunity for being named the PRIDE Recognition Program recipient of the month. In addition, any examples and detailed information you can provide is helpful in the essay portion of the nomination form.
To get started, click on the Nomination Categories link.
