Mr. Chris Grays
Principal
Chris Grays is the Principal of Oswego High School. Mr. Grays most recently served as an Assistant Principal at Homewood Flossmoor High School. From 2016-2019 he was an Assistant Principal at Oswego East High School. He has also worked as an Administrative Dean/School Counselor at Crete Monee High School.
Mr. Grays received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, IL; Master of Education, School and Clinical Counseling from Saint Xavier University in Chicago, IL; Ed.S- Education Specialist Degree in Educational Administration from National Louis University in Lisle, IL; and a Superintendent Certification/Endorsement from Lamar University in Beaumont, TX.

Ms. Tania Sharp
Assistant Principal
Tania Sharp is the Assistant Principal for Curriculum and Instruction. Ms. Sharp began her educational career in 2003 as an English teacher at Plainfield South High School. In 2008, she opened Plainfield East High School as the English Department Chair and then served as the Humanities Division Chair from 2012 to 2014.
During her time as an English teacher and division chair, Ms. Sharp taught all levels of students from at-risk to advanced placement, assisted in leading the Common Core Curriculum renewal process, and acted as an instructional coach for teachers as well as an academic dean for students at risk of failing.
Ms. Sharp earned her master’s degree in educational administration from Governors State University, in University Park, Ill., and her bachelor’s degree in English education from Illinois State University, Normal.

Ms. Andrea Parker
Assistant Principal
Andrea Parker is the Assistant Principal for Student Services. From 2014-2016, Ms. Parker was an Assistant Principal at Bloomington High School. After this position, Ms. Parker was an Instructor in the Alternative to Suspension Program at the Covered Bridge Special Education District in Terre Haute, Indiana. From 2016-2020, Ms. Parker held the role of Coordinator of Special Services at Joliet West High School.
Ms. Parker received her B.S. in Speech Language Pathology from Illinois State University, Normal, Ill.; M.A., Special Education, Lewis University, Romeoville, Ill.; and M.S., P-12 Education Administration, Illinois State University, Normal, Ill.

Mr. Darren Howard
Athletic Director
Darren Howard serves as Athletic Director. Mr. Howard graduated from Weber High School in Chicago in 1983. After spending several years as a regional sales manager for a pharmaceutical company, he returned to school and switched to a career in education. He earned his degree in business education from Trinity Christian College. Mr. Howard was at Fenton High School from 1992-2000. He was then named Athletic Director and Head Boys Basketball Coach at Immaculate Conception High School in Elmhurst where he remained from 2000-2012. While at IC, he earned his Master of Education and Administration from National Louis University. Mr. Howard was named the Class 1A/2A Division Athletic Director of the Year in 2009-10 and Class 3A/4A Division Athletic Director of the Year in 2021-22.
In 2012, he was named the Athletic Director at Oswego High School. At the end of the 2015-16 school year, he earned the rank of Certified Master Athletic Administrator (CMAA) from the National Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association, it is the highest level of certification available to an athletic administrator. In 2016-17 he also took on the role of SD308 Lead Athletic Director. He served as President of the Illinois Athletic Directors Association in 2020-21, and remains an active Board Member for them.

Ms. Carol Marszalek
Special Education Program Administrator
Carol Marszalek is the Special Education Program Administrator for Oswego High School. Ms. Marszalek is entering her third year as a Program Administrator in Oswego School District 308. Prior to working in District 308, she was a school psychologist for 16 years in a variety of school settings. She was also a Special Education Coordinator for 11 of those 16 years. The last three years, Ms. Marszalek has been the Program Administrator for the STARS program at Oswego High School. Last year she was also the Program Administrator for Oswego East High School as well.
Ms. Marszalek received her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from North Central College in Naperville, IL, Masters in School Psychology, Masters in Educational Leadership, and Educational Specialist (Ed.S.) in Curriculum and Instruction from Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro, TN.

Mr. William Nunamaker
Mr. William Nunamaker served as the Assistant Principal for Building and Operations here at Oswego High School for seven school years. During his tenure he was a valued and respected leader, mentor, colleague, friend, and true Panther.
Mr. Nunamkaker passed away after a brave battle with Brain Cancer on January 10, 2020.
Mr. Nunamaker spent his entire career providing students with the best possible learning environment he could and has no doubt inspired many to achieve their full potential. His presence in the hallways of OHS will forever be missed but his spirit and passion for education will live through the work of his colleagues and future success of all the students they educate.
