Join us in the 12 DAYS OF FITNESS Challenge
Thursday, December 3 – Friday, December 18
Each day of the 12 Days of Fitness will focus on one exercise. The goal is to perform each move for one minute, keeping track of how many repetitions completed (while maintaining safe and proper form). Participant athletes are encouraged to complete multiple rounds for their best score.
After finishing the last exercise, burpees, on December 18 please email a copy of your results for the 12 days to email@example.com.
Athletes who share pictures of themselves with results, will be featured on the Special Olympics Health & Fitness Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/SOILLHealth.Fitness)
