Pathways Transition program partners with local business and organizations to provide our students with workplace and volunteer experiences.  Our program provides job coaching, and transportation to and from work place sites during program hours.

The Pathways program is always looking to build community partnerships with local businesses and organizations.  We are looking to place individual students in volunteer postions, and have small groups participate in community based volunteering opportunities.
