Pathways Transition program partners with local business and organizations to provide our students with workplace and volunteer experiences. Our program provides job coaching, and transportation to and from work place sites during program hours.
The Pathways program is always looking to build community partnerships with local businesses and organizations. We are looking to place individual students in volunteer postions, and have small groups participate in community based volunteering opportunities. If there are business/organizations that are looking to partner with our program, please fill out the following form and someone from the district will contact you.
