My name is Karliene Pfalzgraf.

I did Sign Language Interpreting in various school districts for 16 years before going to Illinois State University to become a teacher. I worked in the Deaf/Hard of Hearing Program in Oswego through Kendall County Cooperative as a Sign Language Interpreter from February of 2010 until May of 2011.  I started teaching in the Deaf/Hard of Hearing Program in 2011. This will be my 10th year with the program. I student-taught at Prairie Point before working as a teacher in the district. I taught 6 years at Traughber Jr. High, was split between Traughber & OHS for a couple years before working full-time at OHS.

Currently, I teach Modern World History, English, Algebra, Biology, Consumer Education, and Academic Seminar in the DHH Program.
