NOTICE: Changes in the funding for COVID testing through the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA). This is the federal agency responsible for reimbursement of funds for COVID testing and vaccination for the uninsured and undocumented.
HRSA HAS EXHAUSTED ITS EXISTING FUNDS AND IS AWAITING ADDITIONAL FUNDING FROM CONGRESS.
Beginning March 22, 2022 until funding is reinstated…all COVID testing at this location will require medical insurance coverage. Insured patients will NOT be responsible for any copayment or deductible for this test.

Monday and Wednesday (2-6pm)
Tuesday and Friday (6:30am-10:30am)
Saturday (8-11am)
AHM Testing Information

All SD 308 staff and students are eligible for AHM testing. Please see below for steps on registering to test. As a staff member or student do NOT complete a paper form!
Testing Process - Register Prior to Arrival
- Visit https://www.sd308.org/CrisisGo
- Choose Staff or Student
- Staff: Enter your DISTRICT E-Mail Address
Students: Enter your Parent/Guardian E-Mail Address - Complete Two-Factor Security Login
- Click "Register for Testing"
- Complete/Review the Consent Form
- Review Your Contact Information
- Add Insurance if Eligible (Community Unit School District BlueCross plans are under "HCSC - BCBS Illinois" as the insurance company names)
- Click "Submit"
Testing Process - Register On-Site
If you did not complete the registration process prior to arrival, you will complete the same steps as above from your phone. Please click on the link at https://www.sd308.org/CrisisGo or scan the QR code on-site to redirect to the link.

As a parent, community member, or other non-staff/student SD 308 affiliate, you may test via AHM at Old Traughber as described in the weekly testing schedule.
Testing Process
When you arrive at the testing site, you will fill out a paper form with your name, e-mail, phone number, address, insurance, and additional information.
