Assessments
-
SD 308 participates in three types of assessments; State, National, and Local. State Assessments are required by the State of Illinois and are to be given to all students who qualify for either the subject or grade. National Assessments are not required by the state; however, they are a critical prep for college preparedness and important for all students who qualify to be given the chance to participate. Local Assessments are not required by the State of Illinois. We take great pride in using meaningful local assessments that not only allow us to see your child’s progress throughout the year but to guide daily instruction so that we can maximize learning in the classroom.

Share SAT Scores
During pre administration, Juniors may elect to send their SAT scores to up to four colleges/universities at no charge when taking the SAT as part of the SAT School Day. These colleges/universities must be identified on your student’s answer document on the day of testing using the four digit Score Reporting Code for each school. The list of codes are available at on the SAT Student Answer Sheet Instructions. This will also be available on testing day. If students do not identify colleges/universities on test day, once scores are released, students can choose to send scores for a fee through their College Board account.
