I attended the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, where I received my bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. I later received my master’s degree in math education from the University of Illinois, a master’s degree in math leadership from Aurora University, and a master’s of education administration from Benedictine University.
 
I have taught in a variety of schools including a middle school, rural school, overseas school, city school, lab school, and finally here at Oswego High School since 2002. I presently am teaching honors geometry and advanced placement statistics. While I miss parts of engineering, there is no better job for me than teaching mathematics. At least, until I can develop my jump shot and get a contract with the Bulls.
