I attended Northern Illinois University, Dekalb, Ill., where I earned my bachelor's degree in kinesiology and physical education. I also have a teaching endorsement in driver's education. I continued my education at Benedictine University, Lisle, Ill., where I earned a master's degree in leadership and administration. I am currently a physical education teacher at Homestead Elementary, but I have also taught at other elementary schools in District 308 including Boulder Hill, Old Post, Prairie Point, and Southbury.
