I am so excited to start another year as the learning media center director at Lakewood Creek Elementary School. I have a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Eastern Illinois University, Charleston, Ill., a master’s degree in educational technology from Concordia University, Chicago, and a library media specialist endorsement from Northern Illinois University, DeKalb, and the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee.  Prior to coming to Lakewood Creek, I taught first and second grade for 15 years. I am looking forward to a great year of sharing the love of reading and technology with my library students!
