Welcome to 3^rd Grade

I attended Liberty University where I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education and Northern Arizona University where I received my Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership.  I've taught 2nd, 3rd, and 6th grade in Arizona, 1st grade in California, and 1st, 2nd, and 3rd grade here in sd308.  I moved to Illinois in 2005 and started teaching at Eastview.  In 2008, I was excited to start teaching at Southbury.  I can still remember walking around in my future classroom before there was even carpeting on the floor!  I live in Oswego with my husband and two mini dachshunds.  My daughter is married and living in Naperville, and my son graduated college and lives in Nashville.  I can't imagine doing anything else besides teaching, and I am privileged to have your child in my classroom this year.  It's great to be a Shark!
