Dear Traughber Families: 

Welcome to Traughber!

Traughber is a vibrant learning community of almost eleven hundred unique students working each day to grow academic, social, and emotional skills. As students develop their independent problem-solving skills, which is especially important during times of remote learning, they ready themselves for young adulthood.

Our Traughber staff is here to support them!

We offer a thorough academic program to support growth in both the core curriculum and in our students’ choices among a variety of high-interest elective classes. We encourage our students to use all school resources to ensure they are growing in their academic subjects. We have opportunities for students who need enrichment and students who need additional support. Every student deserves to grow.

We support a positive learning environment through schoolwide behavior expectations, which we call ROAR. Our focus is that all students and staff are Respectful, On-task, Always safe, and Responsible. Developing these habits helps our students get the most out of junior high—and will serve them well in every job and interaction they ever have as adults.
