The Office of Technology works to provide quality technology services to facilitate the district's strategic plan. We will support the education of our students by providing assistance and leadership, in technology matters, to our students, teachers, and administrative staff.
Our Applications Team is responsible for Active Directory, Adobe Permissions, Citrix, Google Applications, Group Policy, Raptor, SCCM Images & Software, SOPPA Applications, Support Ticket Administrator, and Windows Updates.
Our Network Team oversees Firewall Management, Hotspots, IP Cameras, Network Switches, Security Footage Exports, Telephony/VOIP, VLAN Configuration, VPN Accounts, WAN Connectivity, and Wireless Networks.
Our Systems Team helps support Active Directory, Clever, Destiny, Google Workspaces, Mac/iOS MDM, Network Folder Access, Print Server, Securly Content Filter, Servers, User Accounts, and Versatrans.
Our User Support Team assists with Classroom Technology, Computer Lab Issues, Customer Support, Device Support, End User Training, General Troubleshooting, IT Installations, Project Management, Purchasing Equipment, and Repairs.
