Welcome to first grade!

I attended Illinois State University, in Normal, Ill., where I received my bachelor’s degree in elementary education, with a junior high endorsement in language arts. I also have a master’s degree in curriculum and instruction from National Louis University, Chicago.  I recently received my ELS endorsement from St. Francis University. I taught kindergarten, third and fifth grades at Mill Street Elementary and Scott Elementary Schools in Naperville, Ill., before taking a break to raise my children. At Boulder Hill Elementary School, I taught first grade for several years.  At East View Kindergarten Center I taught kindergarten for six years.   I came to Fox Chase three years ago and started teaching full day kindergarten there, and have now moved to 1st grade the last two years.  I love Fox Chase!
