As part of Oswego Community Unit School District 308’s Strategic Plan, comprehensive reviews of the district’s Multilingual Learners and Special Education programs are taking place.
 
As part of these comprehensive reviews, we invite students, staff, and families to share their feedback through the surveys linked below. Please select the survey(s) that apply to you. Thank you in advance for sharing your thoughts with us!

Form Translation Instructions

To translate to Spanish: Toggle the selection in the top right corner of the survey. The dropdown menu will let you choose “Spanish.” Once selecting that option, your entire survey
should be translated.

To translate to a language other than English or Spanish: To begin, make sure you are on the web page you wish to translate. Using Google Chrome, click on the three dots in the top right corner of your screen. Then, select the “Translate” option on the dropdown menu. Select the three dots on the right side of the pop-up menu and select “Choose another language.” Then, choose the language you wish to translate to. For additional help, please visit this web page.
