Welcome to Kindergarten!

My name is Miss Jennifer Vestudo and I love being a Southbury Shark! This year will mark my eighth year teaching, where I have been priviledged enough to experience teaching children in Kindergarten as well as First Grade. I graduated from Indiana University-Bloomington with a double undergraduate major in both Elementary Education and Special Education, which has been very beneficial helping me understand and meet the needs of each student I work with. In order to further my education, I have also began my Master's Degree in Special Populations through Augustana University. 

I believe that all children are readers, writers, and mathematicians. My philosophy is to spark the love of learning through hands-on and engaging activities throughout every school day.

I am looking forward to a wonderful year of learning!
