Ms. Jessica Boyk

My name is Ms. Boyk and I am a special education teacher at Oswego East High School. This school year I am co-teaching English 1 with Ms. Jordan and English 2 with Mr. Ochoa. This is my first year at Oswego East, previously I taught at Murphy Junior for 6 years in the district.

I graduated from Illinois State University with a bachelor’s degree in secondary history education in 2010. In 2012 I obtained my special education certification from Roosevelt University and my language arts middle school endorsement from the College of DuPage in 2013. As a teacher, I strive to inspire my students every day to set goals for themselves and push themselves to be the best that they can be. I am exicted to be working at Oswego East High School and look forward to a great school year! Go Wolves!
