Degrees and Certifications:
Mr. Christopher Hupke
Welcome to Oswego High School! I attended Benedictine University, in Lisle, Ill., where I received my bachelor's degree in elementary education with endorsements in literature and social studies. My teaching career began at Thompson Junior High School teaching sixth grade social studies and academically talented language arts. I was able to pursue my master's degree in school counseling from Lewis University, in Romeoville, Ill. After receiving my Type 73 counseling certificate, I began as a counselor at Plank Junior High School where I was able to work with students in sixth, seventh, and eighth grade. After several years at the junior high level, I decided to make the transition to Oswego High School where I serve as the counselor to students with the last name Si-Z. In addition to my counseling degree, I also received a master's degree in school administration from Governor's State University, Chicago. I look forward to working with the Oswego community, parents, and students.
