Degrees and Certifications:

Mr. Todd Bowers

I began teaching at Oswego High School in 2014 and am proud to be a Panther! Before coming to Oswego I taught for 10 years at various places throughout Illinois.

I received my undergraduate degree from Illinois State University, Normal, in 2002 in history. Upon completing my student teaching at Oswego High School, I began teaching in Joliet. From there I moved on to Chicago Public Schools, where I spent five years teaching both social studies and special education. While at Chicago Public Schools, I obtained my master’s degree in special education from Northeastern Illinois University, Chicago. After leaving Chicago Public Schools, I worked with Naperville District 203 at its therapeutic day school and then moved to the Kendall County Special Education Cooperative.

Since 2012, I have been the assistant boys varsity and head junior varsity bowling coach at Oswego High School.
