Welcome to Second Grade!

I started my teaching career at Grande Park Elementary in 2012 as a first grade teacher. I taught first grade for two years and then moved to second grade where I have been ever since!

I graduated from Aurora University, in Aurora, Il., in 2011 where I received my bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. I also just graduated this summer from Aurora University's graduate program and received my master's degree in Special Education. I grew up in Oswego and attended District 308 schools from Kindergarten through High School, so I am excited that I get to teach in the same district that has instilled my love of learning!
