Welcome to Lakewood Creek!

I attended Eastern Illinois University 1988-1992 where I received my Bachelor of Science Degree in Special Education. I taught Special Education for sixteen years. I taught two years at the High School level, nine years at the  Middle School level and sixteen years at the Elementary School level. After sixteen years in the Special Education field, I went back to school.  I attended Aurora University where I received my Master's Degree in Reading. This will be my tenth year as a Reading Specialist in SD 308.  I am entering my sixth year at Lakewood Creek!
