OHS Academic Supports

  • Study Buddies Tuesdays & Thursdays, 6:50 am - 7:10 am, Room 232 Students needing help in English class can simply show up and have a quiet place to get help on homework, essays, or test prep from peers in National English Honors Society.
  • Testing Center Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, 2:40 -3:25 p.m. in Room 132. Students need to show their ID in order to test.
  • LRC Open resources available after school for studying, tutoring and computers on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday until 3:15, and Friday until 3. Peer Tutoring during Guided Study Periods Tuesday & Thursday in Lab B!
  • After-School Tutoring Sept. 20 - Dec. 21 and Jan. 30 - May 25, Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 2:45 -4:15 p.m. in the LRC. Math, English, Science, Social Studies, and other subject areas as needed.
  • Multiple Math Minds Algebra 1-2 & Geometry tutoring or homework help on Mondays from 2:30-3:30 p.m. in Room 150, and Tuesdays in Room 108.
  • Spanish Honor Society Spanish Honor Society are here to help with anything related to your Spanish classes! Open tutoring is on Tuesday and Thursday in the LRC, 2:30 - 3 p.m.
  • Chemistry & Physics Tutoring before school Monday-Friday 6:30a-7:05a in Room 138.
  • Open Studio Come and work on your art! Room 3 on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, 2:30 - 3:30 p.m. See Mr. Skura if you have any questions.
  • Panther Power Club Anyone who enjoys lifting, working out, or needing to make up a no-dress for PE class (30 active minutes = 1 no-dress). Wear athletic attire - no crocs/slides or khakis/jeans. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 2:40 - 4 p.m.
