Degrees and Certifications:
Mrs. Krystal Madai
I currently work as an Instruction Skills Program (ISP) teacher at Fox Chase Elementary. I graduated from Northern Illinois University with my Bachelor’s degree in Speech Language Pathology in 2007. This allowed me to work with the Kendall County Special Education Cooperative in the Oswego and Yorkville school districts for 3 years as a Speech and Language paraprofessional. After working for the cooperative I worked as a Service Coordinator for Early Intervention in DuPage County, Illinois. I was able to coordinate meetings between families and therapists and help families throughout the process of their child being in therapy through Early Intervention till the age of 3. After leaving the school setting for a period of time, I knew that I had a passion for teaching children. In December of 2015, I graduated with my Master’s degree from Aurora University as a learning behavior specialist which allows me to service children from the age of 3 to 21 years old. I have previously worked as a co-teacher and learning behavioral specialist at The Wheatlands Elementary for a few years before coming to Fox Chase. I am excited to continue my journey working as a part of the Fox Chase Elementary Team.
