  • Community Cafes: SD 308 is excited to announce a new series, Community Cafes! These Cafes will help engage, empower and excite community members (parents, caregivers, guardians, and staff members) in a collaborative environment. Members of the community will be able to work together on planned topics and opportunities to share experiences and learn new things. Our next cafe will take place on April 20, 2022, at 6:30 pm. Please sign up here using our signup genius to receive by email the zoom link before the event.
Family Support Program: Our goal is to bring support and fun to the families of our youngest friends in the district. Our program is open to all Community Unit District 308 families with children five years and younger not yet attending Kindergarten. Our program is a collaboration between School District 308, families, and the community.

What we offer: A variety of books, toys, and other materials in our free resource library. Playgroups, parent groups, support for expectant mothers, and special events to engage families and support healthy child development. We also offer information on community programs and organizations that offer additional services throughout the community.

This program is funded in part by Preschool For All. Our program and related resources are free and open to any family with children up to age five, living within the boundaries of School District 308.
