I have been teaching at Boulder Hill Elementary School since 2017. I am so excited to teach first grade this year! In previous years, I served at Boulder Hill as a resource teacher and second grade teacher. I love being a Bobcat!

 

I attended North Central College in Naperville, IL. This is where I received a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education with endorsements in LBS1 and Social Science/Middle School. I graduated in 2016, and shortly after accepted a position as an 8th Grade Intensive Special Education Teacher in DeKalb for one year. I received my Master's in Reading/Reading Endorsement in 2022. 

 

I am looking forward to serving the students in Boulder Hill. I am thrilled to give back to the community that gave me so much as an elementary student (I went to Old Post for all of elementary school). It's been my lifelong dream to be a teacher, helping each and every student grow. This year is going to be fantastic!
