I am so excited to be beginning my second year at OEHS for the 2020-2021 school year! This year, I am teaching English 1 and English 2. 

Prior to teaching at OEHS, I lived in Minnesota and earned my bachelor's degree at Minnesota State University - Mankato where I majored in English Education. I was a long-term sub for a couple of years at Tartan High School in Oakdale, MN, where I taught Accelerated English 9, Mass Media, Reading Strategies, and English 10. After that, I was an English teacher for two years at Owatonna High School in Owatonna, MN, where I taught English 9 and English 10. I then moved to Illinois and haven't looked back since.
