Degrees and Certifications:
Mrs. Terri Adame
I am a graduate from Northern Illinois University, where I received my bachelors degree in Special Education. This is my 13th year teaching and first year in District 308. I began my teaching career in a therapeutic day school setting. While at the therapeutic day school, I taught functional life skills and vocational skills. After working in a therapeutic day setting, I worked in a public school setting in a self-contained setting teaching individuals with Autism in grades second through fifth. Besides working in a self-contained setting, I also worked as an inclusion teacher and co-taught in grades kindergarten through fourth grade.
I am looking forward to a great school year!
