Please read the "Advertisement for Bids" for the description of the work, basis of bids, time of competition, bid opening, examination and procurement of documents, bid security, pre-bid meeting, right to reject bids, governing laws and regulations, and other requirements for the specific bid.  

Bid Results

Bid results will be attached to the previous article for the specific bid until the bid is taken down. 

Prevailing Wage Act

The Illinois Prevailing Wage Act requires contractors and subcontractors to pay laborers, workers and mechanics performing services on public works projects no less than the current “prevailing rate of wages” (hourly cash wages plus amount for fringe benefits) in the county where the work is done.  For information regarding current prevailing wage rates, please refer to the Illinois Department of Labor’s website.
