This is important information from our Finance Department:
PushCoin and Fees
There are some delays in student fees and PushCoin accounts due to the migration of student data to the Tyler System. Student fees were billed in PushCoin only on existing accounts in mid-June. For new students, or those with changes since then, new information has not yet been added to PushCoin. The data from Tyler is in the process of being fed over to the PushCoin system. We anticipate having all user files and demographic information uploaded by today, so all new district families will be able to establish their accounts for use with lunch costs. An email will be generated to all new users at that time.
The file of fees should be uploaded to PushCoin soon, all due dates will be adjusted at that time. We will allow plenty of time for parents to pay fees or establish payment plans. At this time, financial eligibility has been put on hold, until fees are uploaded and parents are provided adequate time to respond. We apologize for the billing delays, our efforts were focused on scheduling and registration. If you have any questions about the PushCoin system, or fees, please call us at 630.636.4672.
2019-2020 Free And Reduced Lunch Application Information
This e-mail is a notification that the 2019-2020 free and reduced lunch application is available online on the district website: Free and Reduced Lunch Application or Solicitud de almuerzo gratis o reducido en español.
You must reapply each year in order to receive these benefits. Please fill out the application and return to your child's school or the District Office as soon as possible if you would like to reapply for these benefits.
If you have already received notification of approval for the 2019-2020 school year, please disregard this notice.
FEES & PUSHCOIN…
Students that registered in the district before mid-June had accounts set up and were billed in PushCoin in June. Students new to the district after mid-June or any students with schedule changes have not been billed or adjusted in PushCoin yet. We are still working with the new student software, Tyler Technologies, to get the fee data uploaded into PushCoin.
We were able to get the user file/demographic info uploaded Friday and hope to upload another file later today so parents of new students to the district should receive an email letting them know how to set up their account to use for lunches on the first day of school.
We are hoping to have the fee file ready to upload soon. We will adjust the due date for fees once we get the fees loaded and running properly. We will give plenty of time and notice to parents for payment due dates & for eligibility purposes. At this point, financial eligibility has been put on hold.
