Board of Education Approves Elisabeth Stoffers as Hunt Club Elementary School Principal for 2020/21 School Year

Oswego, Ill. (June 9, 2020) — Oswego Community Unit School District 308 Board of Education has approved Elisabeth Stoffers as the Principal of Hunt Club Elementary School at its June 8, 2020 board meeting. She has been serving as the school’s assistant principal since 2016.

 

Ms. Stoffers began her career in education in 2005 as a language arts teacher at Mahomet-Seymour Junior High in Mahomet, Illinois. From 2011 to 2016, she was the assistant principal at Ball Elementary School in the Ball-Chatham School District.  In 2016, she joined Oswego Community School District 308 and Hunt Club Elementary School as its assistant principal. Elisabeth’s strong leadership skills and knowledge of the school will provide for a strong, positive and collaborative environment between staff, students and the community.

 

Ms. Stoffers received her bachelor’s of science degree in elementary education from Illinois State University and her master’s degree in educational organizational leadership from the University of Illinois. She is excited to be taking on the role as the principal of such a strong and supportive community.
