21-22 Schedule Pick-Up Information

Hello, Wolves!

We are so excited to welcome our students back to school!!  We will host a Schedule Pickup Event on August 9th and 10th so students can come in to take their yearbook picture, purchase PE uniforms, submit necessary medical documentation, pick up their school schedule, practice opening their locker, and practice walking their schedule.  There will be student ambassadors available to help students find their way around the school, as well.   Parents will not be able to walk the building with their student(s), however, parents are welcome to enter door 46 to purchase PE uniforms, novels, and spirit gear.  Parents will also be able to sign up for parent groups and speak with a nurse about necessary medical documentation and/or health requirements (see below).

Health Requirements for the 2021/2022 School Year

The Illinois School Code has specific immunization and examinations that are required to attend school.  These must be provided for 9th grade and 12th grade, and upon first entry to an Illinois school (see link for requirements).  http://www.sd308.org/healthrequirements

Failure to provide documentation of the physical and vaccine requirements will result in first-day exclusion from school. Documentation of future medical appointments will not be accepted.
